Welcome to Clevver Movies, I’m Chelsea Cannell coming to you from our Hollywood headquarters. It has long been rumored, or thought at least, that Christian Bale and Christopher Nolan would be hangin up the landscape after the latest Batman flick, The Dank Knight Rises, hits theaters on July 20th 2012th But when Bale was recently asked if Batman 3 would be the last, he said, “He would not say definitely.” Bale added that while he always thought it’d be just the 3, if Nolan said he had another great story, he ‘d happily don the cowl yet again. Good news fans Bat, Bat mean the door has been left wide open! And of course by now you know that Tom Hardy will taking on the role of Bane in the 3rd flick. In response to the casting choice, Bale said he believes “Hardy is BALLS OUT and looks like he could really go the distance.” By the sound of that, the 3rd installment is already shaping up to be just a batastic as the rest of them !
